SOLATek Main Board Firmware

TEKLinkSOLATek Main Board Firmware Version 2.50

  • When connected to the Velocity XPT, the internal schedule now clears the foam bit correctly between schedule runs.

SOLATek Main Board Firmware Version 2.49

  • Updated flashing program to handle AMD chips.
  • Changed output task to behave like input task and bypassing queue buffers.
  • Change schedule line 1 default to 0 for foam variable because it was different than the rest of the schedule.
  • Added automatic temperature error recovery if an open RTD errors was seen.
  • Removed unused tasks from task manager.

SOLATek 72 Main Board 2.23

  • Added extra pumper commands calls to the water and soil methods to ensure proper valve positioning and pumper functionality.

SOLATek 72 Main Board 2.20

  • Changed the PID algorithm for the Cup heater because temperatures above 70°C could not be reached.
  • Added an error reference number to the status packet to allow TekLink to provide error message text (instead of the firmware).

SOLATek 72 Main Board 2.12

  • To reduce communication traffic on the LNET, the Temperature Board setpoints will not be sent with every Temperature Board status update. This enhancement will reduce the communications traffic on the LNET by approximately 50%.
  • The number of aborts and retries when communicating with the Motor Board has been reduced with a change to the Motor Board update packet.
  • To reduce occurances of the error "Valve Board Lost Communication", the system will attempt to automatically recover from the error prior to entering into a Fatal Error state.
  • To improve the analytical results when running a soil sample in conjuction with the AQUA PT 5000J, the vial will not be moved to the heated soil cup until the AQUA PT 5000J has advanced to the Purge Ready mode.
  • Before reporting the error "Motor Board Reset" associated with rebooting the system, the unit will attempt to clear the error.
  • To limit the potential of the SOLATek 72 and the AQUA PT 5000J losing communication and allowing the systems to get out of sync, additional new synchronization calls have been added.
  • The intermittent bug that failed to turn off the error beeper and LED (after clearing the error) has been corrected.

SOLATek 72 Main Board 2.10

  • Will no longer abort an active schedule line if its method is changed by TekLink.
  • Fixed the temporary loss of 3100 temperature zones when powering up with a 3100 configuration.
  • Fixed Motor Board resets on power-up with 3100 configurations.
  • Changed the position of soil method "Waiting for Purge Ready" during second run from after Sample Sweep to the end of Move Vial but not raising vial onto needle.
  • Removed the faster speed of the pumper during Internal Standard additions.
  • Fixed the IS initial pulse that was bigger than the other pushes.
  • During the IS additions, the firmware now looks to make sure that the IS valves are in the open position so that there is no blockage when the syringe moves.
  • Improved synchronization of SOLATek and AQUA PT 5000J methods.

SOLATek 72 Main Board 2.00

  • The communication protocol between the SOLATek 72 and VOC TekLink 2.0 was altered and expanded, breaking compatibility with SOLATek 72 TekLink versions 1.0 to 1.2.
  • Full support was added for the AQUA PT 5000J Concentrator.
