The Fusion offers superior sensitivity by utilizing the industry’s cutting edge technology, Static Pressure Concentration (SPC) detection. By implementing the SPC technology, the Fusion is able to achieve
unprecedented sensitivity from a Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) detector. The Fusion is designed to offer increased productivity for cGMP quality control laboratories as a dual-function instrument that can analyze both WFI/PW and cleaning validation samples without modification or sample carry-over concerns.

The Fusion TOC Analyzer is designed to provide ease of operations and sample reporting. Enhanced features of the Fusion include an automatic calibration monitoring with automated system suitability verification. An integrated PC with adjustable touchscreen interface provides efficient use of laboratory bench space. Sample reports may be exported to user-definable formats utilizing the latest technology for 21 CFR 11 functionality for electronic records and electronic signatures – including audit trials and user account management. Teledyne Tekmar also offers support packages for IQOQPQ validation, cleaning validation documentation and on-site services with the Fusion TOC Analyzer.
